At section 3 we’ll consider relevant questions of assessment of the level and perspectives of development of the information and communication technologies (ICT), such as:

• aspects of effective use of ICT in various areas of economic practice and modern education;
• modern methods of teaching and delivering knowledge to students to improve the quality of education, build up the competencies and professional skills of bachelor and master students;
• use of ICT to automate global and local business and educational processes typical of higher education institutions.
