At section 3 relevant questions of assessment of the level and perspectives of development of the information and communication technologies (ICT) are considered.

  • One of the main directions of discussion on section aspects of effective use of information communication technologies in different directions of economic practice and modern education are assumed
  • Improving of the quality of education, increase of competencies and skills of bachelors and masters, the demand for graduates directly depends on modern methods of teaching and delivery of knowledge to students. Therefore, special attention will be paid to the application of ICT for the automation of global and local business and educational processes typical for higher educational institutions.
